Hi, For the last three weeks I tried to switch my phone either on or off and all I get is the start-up screen freezing there, it will stay on like this and nothing will happen to it as it will not go to the main screen but it will just stay there on the screen start-up. If I remove the battery then it will go off and when I try to switch it on again it will be the same as before.
Is there anything I can do to fix this problem occurring to my phone?

The sound on my phone is buggered its only playing at half volume
and sounds muffled any ideas as to repair without goin to phone doctor
